Artist's Comments

(2005) 2"x2" for the serpent pendent, 17" overall length. Silver Art Clay, liver of sulphur, faceted green Vesuvianite and black glass beads, 18, 20 and 24 gauge silver wire, silver findings.

I blackened then polished up the silver for a nice tarnished heirloom look, added the obligatory black and green colors for Slytherin and a modified Byzantine chain for the necklace.

wow. very nice. and subtle enough that it works outside the hp world. in rl i have a thing for snake jewelry, though in hp i'm totally pro ravenclaw. the other houses get ignore too much!
