(2012), 9"x 2.5", Size 15 seed beads (transparent chartreuse iris, metallic dark bronze), size 11 seed beads, (metallic dark bronze, opalescent smoke, silver-lined gold iris, silverlined chartreuse iris), onyx bead, focal glass art bead, nylon thread.

Another one of my ndebele ripple bracelets again featuring a spectacular art glass bead from beatlebabyglassworks on etsy. [link]

I know it's a lot of beadwork at the moment, but I just don't have the time to draw or the discipline for silver clay. Work has been nuts the last two months, and beadwork is all I'm fit for in the evening for an hour of couch-potato bliss before I hit the hay...

Stilll, I have a nice Lucius Malfoy drawing rattling around my head, there is another Snape commish in the works, and finally I have a beautiful coin replica of Alexander the Great that wants to be set in silver and added to my "Ancient Empires" series...

Thanks so much! I am glad you like my pieces. I learned the basic techniques from a bead book many years ago (like basic netting, peote, etc.) I learned basic ndebele from a bead class, but the actual designs for my bracelets are all my own. The only exception in recent years was for the "folded" looking "Origami" bracelet, which was an idea out of "Bead and Button" magazine.
