For all of those who maintain this is obviously not a depiction of Arthur Weasley I can only say: "Look closer!" It really does not pay to cross a Malfoy...
With work being rather crazy and so many home improvement projects pending this is my latest and for the moment only Lucius drawing. I'm sure I'll get back to my favorite model, but it will be a few weeks. (Maybe I can dig up something older to fill the interim...)
