What can I say - seeing that my Wand court cards are the Weasleys, of course Ron had to be the Prince of Wands. However I think it also fits with the position within the Tarot deck. Ron's kind of touchy, moody and hates having his pride dented, particularly as he is not too sure about his own abilities and talents sometimes. The traditional Prince of Wands is typically described as fiery, impatient, impulsive, ready to take risks and by nature optimistic. However, his frank and spontaneous outside may mask feelings of insecurity and immaturity inside. He cannot be completely trusted. |
