Here Fishy, Fishy!

(2013), 9"x4", Size 15 seed beads and size 11 seed beads worked in Ndebele stitch, closure beads, focal glass art beads, fireline.

This focal bead with its beautiful translucent purple fin and colored dots reminded me of an exotic, tropical fish, and I tried to pick up on the palette with some teals and opalescent seafoams, transitioning over to a nice, deep silver-lined scarlet red.
