Artist's Comments
(2008) 3"x2.75" for the knotwork pendant, 18" overall length. Silver Art Clay, liver of sulphur, grey transparent enamel, faceted labradorite beads, labradorite cabs, bezel wire and round silver wire, Bali silver, silver findings, fireline.
I carved the basic shape of the main pendant and the dangle from art clay, fired the pieces, added bezel-wire, fired again, added enamel to accentuate the carved areas, fired a third time, set the stones and antiqued and polished the silver. I then connected the pendant and dangle and added two strung necklace components on either side. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
