Reversible Triangles by Ellygator Reversible Triangles by Ellygator
(2010), 9" x 2", black delica beads, matte bronze metallic 11 seed beads, nylon thread

This was an experiment with tension and bead sizes. The delicas are slightly smaller than the 11 size seed beads, and therefore the golden triangles nested within the black zigzag pattern flare out. Depending on how you wear the cuff, they either pillow out as convex shapes or curve inwards as concave areas making the spines of the black pattern stand out.

I love, love, LOVE this!! It's my next project. I hope it comes out as well as yours did. I've got left over beads from a previoius project that I think this will be perfect to use them up. Your work is SO inspiring to me!

This is lovely. I'm not a fan of bronze but this is pretty good. I love the zigzag pattern!

Interesting clear design - I like the fact it's possible to wear it in two different ways. :)

Incredibly simple, but effective! I like the second, concave option out with this particular color choice; red and black a la the Queen of Hearts jumped into my mind when viewing the first, convex option.

Oh yes, a nice bold red would be lovely, too. Probably red for the zigzag, though...

Thank you. I guess it's "mood" bracelet: do you feel bristly today, or rounded? LOL!
