(2007) 9"x12" Pencil on Paper

Well, we've finally got a first publicity shot of Lucius from the upcoming OOTP movie, and of course I couldn't resist! A few highlights: the gloves have finally come off (does that mean Lucius has decided to fight dirty now?!) and we can spot a gorgeous serpent ring. The waistcoat they've given him this time has a wonderful shimmering snakeskin texture to it. There is a brand-new tie-pin that seems to sport a beryl supported by a snake twined around it, and we have the white shirt and sleeveless robe from GOF back in action. Of course the classic snake pins are back, too!

My one peeve: the hair! They should get the wig from COS back out of the mothballs. It had a fine drape and wave, better than the board-flat and scruffy looking thing they have used in GOF and now. I hope you think my treatment is an improvement...

Oh yes, and for the background I used a fabulous stock shot of Blickling Hall from

The gloomy sky was my invention. I wanted to foreshadow the complete shitstorm that's going to hit the house of Malfoy when OOTP is over. This is the last time we'll see our Lucius stand this proud, well-groomed and defiant... SIGH!

this is by far one of your most awesome works. The detail is absolutely tremendous! (insert fangirl flail here) wow! and the background is perfect for this shot! I love his intense eyes - this is just truly amazing!

Einfach nur wunderschön, ich würde sagen bisher Dein bestes Lucius-Bild. Ich bin begeistert von den vielen liebevollen Details, besonders die Schlangenhaut-Weste und der Schmuck, aber auch der Hintergrund sind beeindruckend.

You know what I love best? His hands... *says the girl w/ the desktop wallpaper that has HAND!PORN written across it that she's had for going on two years now, LOL*

Oh the pain! The pain of it all! I for one will be crying at the end...no not because of Sirius, but this is the last we will see of Lu! :cries:*prays he returns for book 7*

As usual this is a Wonderful pic! As is the reference one from OOTP- I just live his bling, how could we not draw it! lol

I havnt started on mine yet! Your choice of background is excellent! I live near Lyme Hall, which is how ive always imagined the Malfoy Manor to look, but Blickling looks far more gothic! Its more fitting! :)
