Zodiac - Piscesby *Ellygator

Traditional Art / Drawings / Animals

(2009) 9"x12" pencil, ink, watercolor, silver leaf, photographed and framed in Photoshop.

And finally, the end of my Zodiac cycle. Finishing with Pisces in the shape of two koi carp surrounded by some serene sea green. It's been a blast, and I was able to complete the whole lot right in time for my birthday.

So now I'll be heading out to the hot tub with a glass of good Italian Veronese red, watch the Perseid meteor shower and celebrate into my birthday. May the stars and planets align for yet another year of my life!

well and truly the fin de siecle. i love this style of art and you have a wonderfull handle on it. so what ya gonna do about the 13th sign? thats got the world yammering. dosent bother me a bit; i found out that i am a pisces instead of a really fucked up aries, yay i knew it all along.

The adjustment has been interesting. I still qualify as a Leo, which makes me happy, but they carved up Scorpio to the point where it's almost impossible to be one. I am not sure whether I will give up my traditional schema. After all I don't even take Uranus, Neptune and Pluto into account for horoscopes and instead follow the medieval arrangement that stops at Saturn...
