My birthday's well and duly over, but I still wanted to celebrate with some lions from my collection of favorites, seeing that I'm a Leo.

First off, I raced past my 200.000 pageviews the other day, thanks to a few die-hard watchers who really, really, really wanted to snag a Harry Potter tarot. Well, it ended up happening to three folks - fortunately I had four decks to go round, thanks to a goof with getting the prints in the first place. So congratulations to:
I sent out the decks yesterday in letter-sized padded orange envelopes, so be on the look-out. Hope you like them! Also of course thank-you to everyone who has watched me these past years, has come back, commented and faved my art! I wouldn't be here without you.
Also
1. I was born on a 13th, so I decided to make that my lucky, rather than my unlucky number.
2. My unlucky number is 17 instead.
3. I have a hate-hate relationship with numbers, they don't like me and I don't like them. - I always get them turned around and messed up and they repaid my disrespect by making me get abysmal grades in math.
4. I am totally cool with numbers when it comes to geometry. Once I can add my spatial imagination, things work great.
5. I have a "magical" weight number I keep going back to, no matter how much I put on around the holidays, no matter how much I shed on a diet. I turn my back and don't pay attention, and blam - I'm back at 144 (US) pounds.
6. - And this is totally random: when you add up all the digits of my cell-phone number you get 58, add those digits and you get 13 - see, lucky number
Not tagging any one as usual

If you want to know more about my art:

These cards are more beautiful in person than I could have ever imagined. I'm seriously torn. Do I use them or do I just treasure them?
They came in the mail today, and I am just amazed by how wonderful they are. I may need to purchase another set once they are available so that I can keep one in pristine condition and one to actually use.
Oh, an idea just in case you haven't thought of it. I'd love a book that explains each card and why you chose the person/picture you did. Of course, I know that would take ages, but I love all of your comments about the cards and that would just pull the set together.
As for the booklet explaining the cards I am currently working on it, and my DA comments help a lot as I revisit the pages where I posted them and use some of the explanatory text there to help me along. That should speed up the process somewhat. So far I have done all the majors and will hopefully have a copy for you by the time I can send the 6s to the 10s.
My friend Mandi loves them as well, she was surprised at Salazaar, she was like "Oh, who's he, he's hot!" I laughed at that one. I guess Slytherins are just naturally hotter
