Here's for something funny for a change. Few Snape artists give me a chuckle just like
Love her OC and her priceless conversations with Snape over breakfast. Her humor is lighthearted, right on cue and very true to Snape's generous, fun-loving and gregarious character (NOT!)
Well, I have got one of my HP Tarot decks in what is probably the most far-flung location so far, and the new owner was kind enough to send me a picture of it living in St. Petersburg in Russia now - thank you for the photos, Anastasya!
In other news, I have finally caved and acquired a scanner, a very nice Canon Pixma. So last weekend I scanned all of my zodiac paintings at a good, high resolution and assembled them into a 2010 calendar. Hope you like. I ordered a whole batch for my own family - good way to take care of some Christmas presents, because this year I have almost no time for proper shopping.

In other news, I am finally again gainfully employed - phew! I'm so happy right now that I'm earning money again, I'm not even griping right now that it will leave me less time for my art...
* If you ask me to make artwork available as a print, please check if it uses copyrighted material. DA will not take print submissions that are based on such materials. This means, no prints of drawings based on movies or TV shows like the Harry Potter Movies, Brokeback Mountain, CSI etc. If you want a drawing as a print please note me instead.

However, I do sell privately printed decks. For a deck that is cut like the one in the photo I charge $100. For an uncut deck (letter-sized card stock sheets with 4 cards printed on them - front and back) I ask for $80. You'd have to cut the cards out yourself. Shipping is $7 US and $10 everywhere else. I still have one printed, uncut deck from a previous order from my printer, and I can send that to you as soon as you like. Please note me if you're interested.
I'd send you a pic of your Tarot Cards here in Austin, but you could probably just see them with a decent pair of binoculars! LOL.

Thanks so much for the feature - I really appreciate it!
Congrats on the new job. It's good to have time off to get some arts done, but after a while the bills start piling up! I'm waiting until Xmas break to catch up on a lot of stuff I'm behind with.
I like Canon scanners - they're pretty reliable unlike some brands.
AND congratulations on the change in employment status
success! It is a time-consuming affair, the
marketing, no?
